With this privacy notice we would like to explain how we will use the personal data collect when we create your access to the Meeting Manager-platform.

What data do we collect

If you register yourself with your own name, your mail address etc., we will be able to identify you as a natural person and as such we will provide adequate protection of your data (name, job mail address, company phone number, job position etc.).

How do we collect the data

We will be collecting and storing the data you provide when completing and submitting the sign-up form required to set up your user account.

How will we use your data?

First and foremost, we will use the data to create a personal and secure account that you may use to login to the platform.

Second, in Meeting Manager we exchange contact details between the customer and the vendor right from the beginning. This means that when you submit a proposal - or any type of communication - we will let your customer see your contact details to allow for direct communication between you as and if required.

Your data will never be shared with anyone else.


How do we store your data?

We securely store your data at our data center located in Odense, Denmark, and all data will be encrypted using the highest industry standards.

We will not be using your data for any other purposes, such as marketing sendouts or any other purpose different from what has been described above.


What are your data protection rights

We want you to know that you of course have all necessary rights to protect and correct your own data as and if required:
  • You may access your personal data at any time using the link in the mail you received when we acknowledge receipt of your sign-up form
  • You may also correct or edit any information you believe is inaccurate or may have changed by using the same link - or by asking us to do it for you
  • You may request that we erase your personal data at any time in the event that you later cancel your participation in the event.
  • You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data so long as this will not impede our opportunities to provide the services for which the data are collected
  • You may object to our processing of your personal data so long as this will not impede our opportunities to provide the services for which the data are collected
  • You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organisation or directly to you processing of your personal data so long as this will not impede our opportunities to provide the services for which the data are collected
