Welcome to explore Tallinn, the fast developing and profitable retail market!

23rd of August NCSC is arranging a study tour to Tallinn,  join us for a one day trip with a program full of interesting visits and presentations.
An optional networking dinner will be held the evening before the study tour for those wishing to arrive early to see more of this booming historic city.

  • 10.00 - Viru Keskus Shopping Centre- presentation
    10.30 - independent tour at Viru Keskus

    Viru Keskus, is situated in the heart of Tallinn, close to the Old Town.
    Viru Keskus was opened in April 2004  and it is one of the largest shopping and entertainment centre that had 15,9M visitors in 2017. Viru Keskus was awarded silver certificate of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for operating the building in autumn 2015.

  • 11.25 - Kristiine Keskus Shopping Centre

    Kristiine is the second largest shopping centre in Tallinn. Kristiine was built in phases in 1999–2002, and an expansion of 12,000 square metres was completed in the autumn of 2010. The shopping centre was also refurbished in 2013. There are approximately 160 different stores in the shopping centre, with the main focus being on fashion.

    Ports have always symbolised freedom. Inspired by freedom, the sea, and the history of the Old City Harbour, the most seaside commercial and office development in Estonia was named Porto Franco.
    Openness, excellent location, and world-class architecture create a diverse urban environment, shifting the centre of Tallinn closer to the sea. Porto Franco — the new heart of the city, making Tallinn a fully-fledged seaside city.  The Porto Franco Centre should be ready by the end of 2018.

  • 14.15 - Ülemiste keskus Shopping Centre - coffee break

    Ülemiste is the largest and most visited shopping centre in Tallinn. It opened in 2004 and after 10 years of successful operations it underwent an extensive expansion in October 2014 when it was completely refurbished and rebranded.

  • 15.55 - T1 Mall of Tallinn

    The developers of T1 Mall of Tallinn have previously created two successful shopping malls. T1 Mall of Tallinn prioritises the mood of its customers, seeking to create a positive and emotion-packed shopping experience. The building stands out with modern interiors and 5-metre high display windows. We cooperate with Estonia’s best service designers and Finnish architects. The visitor flows of T1 Mall of Tallinn are ensured by its prime location in a major transport hub and a unique combination of fashion and entertainment, as well as a signature rooftop Ferris wheel, the first of its kind in Europe. T1 Mall of Tallinn will open in October 2018.
