The New Role of Shopping Centers
“The fourth industrial revolution is changing everything and every industry, from how we work to how we live. It also changes how we shop, but not only in the obvious ways. While online shopping creates unprecedented efficiencies in pricing, it straps the consumers for fellowship and experiences. The new role of shopping centres, as community builders and local knowledge providers, will prove far more resilient than the past purely mercantile role.”
Dr. Silvija Seres

Academic Techie, Advisor and Investor

The global lifestyle super app –  Alipay
“Internet and physical retail are complementing each other, and this synergy will grow significantly in the future. In China, the Internet giants such as Alibaba, Tencent, etc. are all investing heavily in traditional physical retails. In Alibaba, the term “e-Commerce” has been replaced by “new retail”, a synergy between Internet and physical retails.”
