Terms & Conditions

Participation includes attending Smart City Expo World Congress and relevant delegation activities, as well as completing a short post-event evaluation. Invest in Skåne and partners reserve the right to select participants based on relevance and available capacity.

Financial Support Eligibility
A limited number of SMEs based in Skåne may apply for financial support of up to SEK 10,000 (limited number of spots available, subject to eligibility).

Applying companies:

May not be in any financial difficulties
Should operate within the expo’s focus areas
Must offer a product (not consultancy)
Agree to sign a de minimis declaration in order to receive financial support via SMEBeyond
Agree to participate in an evaluation and feedback survey after the event.
May use the funding only for approved costs (travel economy class, accommodation, or approved services).

SME Support is administered by OpenTech in alignment with Invest in Skåne.
