By entering the event you are declaring that a) you are, or will be, over 18 on the event date; b) you are medically fit to compete; c) you accept that you enter at your own risk and the organisers will in no way be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss or damage that may arise before, during or after the event as a consequence of taking part in the event and d) you accept that refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
Please make a note on the reverse side of your race number if you suffer from any of the following: Heart disease, Asthma, Diabetes or Epilepsy.
We regret that due to steep inclines and varying ground conditions, the course is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Entries will be accepted on the day. However, as there will be limitations on the number of entrants, we advise you to complete the entry process as soon as possible to reduce the chance of disappointment. We reserve the right to deny entry should we exceed limitations. The event has been declared ‘open camera’ and we are therefore unable to place restrictions on the distribution of photographs taken during the event.
Full instructions for race day will be sent to all entrants by the end of September 2019.
The 2019 challenge will be on Wednesday 2nd October; signing on from 16:00, run starting at 17:00. Bring your favourite water bottle, as we trying to reduce plastic waste!
