Please note that your registration for participation is binding. It can neither be cancelled nor refunded. In case of absence or if you can not attend the conference, you may send someone in your place. Please notify us by email and we will assist you. In this case, your replacement automatically accepts and agrees to our terms & conditions. 

Photographs and videos will be taken at the event. By taking part in the event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulted from the photograpy/ video filming. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media and press.
