Swedsoft and its secretariat (Sinf) will process the information shared in this form for the purpose of preparing, conducting, and following up on this event. Where applicable, we process your personal data, such as your email address, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act. We do not process personal data that is not necessary, nor do we retain it longer than required.

2. Newsletter, Invitations, and Related Communications
I understand that I will be added to Swedsoft’s mailing list for event invitations, newsletters, and information shared with Swedsoft’s extended network. I am aware that I may request removal from one or more of these mailing lists at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by contacting kansliet@swedsoft.se.
3. Photography
I understand that photographs will be taken during the event. These images may, in some cases, be published online, in printed materials, or in digital materials, both in editorial contexts and for marketing purposes related to the event and the association. I am also aware that I may request the removal of any image of me at any time by contacting kansliet@swedsoft.se.
4. Video Recording
I understand that parts of, or the entire event, may be recorded and in some cases published online or in digital materials, both in editorial contexts and for marketing purposes related to the event and the association. I am also aware that I may request the removal of any video featuring me at any time by contacting kansliet@swedsoft.se.
5. Special Dietary Requirements
If I provide information regarding special dietary requirements, this information will be shared with the restaurant catering the event. For dietary information, I have ensured that consent has been obtained for the processing of sensitive personal data. This information will be deleted seven (7) days after the event.
For all personal data submitted in the registration, I confirm that consent has been obtained from the data subject concerned.
