Our March Breakfast Briefing will focus on how employers should handle religious observations in the workplace, to ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and promote equality diversity and inclusion. This will include a look at the legal position on holiday requests for religious reasons and considerations for employees who may be participating in religious celebrations.
