ext 'Breakfast Briefing' will be on the legal framework which governs employment status in the UK. We will look at the differences between employees, workers and those who are self-employed and discuss the legal rights belonging to each. The session will also feature a breakdown of the key case law in this area and discuss the potential liability and risk for employers if they get employment status wrong. We hope you can join us!
