Releasing the IoT potential
FORCE Technology and Alexandra Institute have joint forces in a strategic cooperation about the Nordic IoT Centre. By combining our IoT expertise at the Nordic IoT Centre, we are able to offer companies a one-stop shop for development and practical implementation of IoT solutions. Nordic IoT Centre can now also provide advice on IoT infrastructure, architecture, and cyber security. With a full range of IoT services the centre is fully equipped to help companies exploit the IoT potential. Read more about the news here in the Agenda newsletter.

Psychologists help mechanics perform better car service
Garages and automobile repair shops are increasingly using digital tools in their work processes. The psychologists at FORCE Technology carry out user tests to see how the mechanics interact with these systems. This provides the developers with a unique insight into how they can optimise the tools and make them more user-friendly.
How to evaluate quality requirements for apps
As more and more apps become available on the market, it has become harder for users to know which apps are worth obtaining. For developers, a set of rules for the approval of an app is complex, and new requirements are on the way.
Releasing the IoT potential
Denmark’s two leading authorities in technological service within Internet of Things (IoT), FORCE Technology and the Alexandra Institute, have teamed up to form the Nordic IoT Centre, thereby offering the industry a much sought-after one-stop shop for the development and practical implementation of IoT solutions.
Are expansion joints noisy?
When cars drive over the expansion joints on bridges they generate additional impulsive noise to the ordinary vehicle noise. An investigation of the noise annoyance for neighbours of the Gudenå road bridge indicates that there is good reason to take this additional noise seriously.
Cyber security screening of products
More and more products are being produced for production lines and control systems with built-in software, thereby increasing their dependency on IT security. But how do we ensure that the products are adequately secure and will remain so for their entire lifetime?
Standards - a well of useful information
Well-defined and reproducible tests in accordance with international standards are fundamental to successful testing that is recognised globally. We are at the forefront when it comes to developing standards in climatic and mechanical testing.
