| Gooee has developed an IoT Lighting Ecosystem that provides intelligent energy management, predictive maintenance and lighting analytics. The system, which is enabled by a dual sensor ASIC supplied by DELTA, can collect a multitude of on-site data and has been predicted a bright IoT future. |

| Robustness in welfare technology – why? |
|
Welfare technology, which functions in the real world, is important for feeling safe.
In popular terms robustness is a measure of how well welfare technology copes with environmental conditions of the real world. Therefore, it is important to develop welfare technology that has a sufficient margin of strength in relation to the stress it is exposed to. Robustness is not necessarily covered by the standardised minimum requirements in for example, IEC 60601. |

Technology development and application of new technologies in the world around us make demands on the development of new measuring techniques and adaptation of metrology. It was the theme of this year's 'Metrologidag' where presentations from industry, researchers, and Advanced Technology Group (GTS) focused on the theme 'Measurements in a dynamic world'.
The annual Metrologidag is arranged in cooperation between DANAK, DELTA, DFM, DI, FORCE Technology and the Danish Technological Institute. 'Metrologi nyt' is published with support from the Ministry of Higher Education and Science. |
