Technology transactions – Q3 2016

Despite the still very present constraints in the oil & offshore sectors, 2016 to date has seen an extraordinarily activity level of M&A transactions in the Norwegian market. CLP has had roles in an unprecedented number of transactions and was ranked #5 (together with two other firms) on number of deals done in Norway per Q3 2016.

In the wake of less deal activity in the oil & offshore sectors, the technology sector in the wide sense seem to have attained more attention, and transactions in the sector have been remarkably numerous in 2016.
