Explore the UK market for digital health solutions

Looking towards entering the UK market with your HealthTech solution? Then join our introduction webinar and increase your understanding of the UK healthcare system and opportunities for Nordic providers with a focus on HealthTech and digital solutions.

The British healthcare system grapples with the same challenges as us: shortage of healthcare staff, long waiting times, fewer beds in new hospitals. There is a great crisis awareness and that the solution has to involve increased efficiency and quality: more prevention, more digitization and more innovative solutions in general.

Join us in this "Explore" webinar to get a better understanding of the challenges and ways forward for UK healthcare when it comes to digitalization. You will also learn about the Propel@YH Nordic Boot camp, open to Nordic companies and starting with preparations in late fall.

Agenda (under development)

  • Introduction by Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network (Y&H AHSN)
  • Doing business in the UK, with Jacqueline Anderson from the Department for International Trade (DIT)
  • Insight into the British healthcare system and opportunities for Nordic companies, with Leeds teaching Hospital
  • Nordic Propel Boot Camp 2024 - tailored accelerator program for Nordic companies looking to entering UK, with Tim East, Y&H AHSN
  • Experiences from Nordic Propel alumni SmartCrowding, with CEO Stein Åge Davidsen
