The Nordic countries have made significant strides in introducing digital health solutions and are leaders in their implementation and use. For many Swedish companies, the neighbouring Nordic countries constitute important strategic exports markets. But what should be your first step when entering the Norwegian market? Or what specific aspects should you focus on when expanding your business to Denmark?

Building on the success from the first rounds of Nordic Booster Boards in 2021, clusters in Denmark, Norway and Sweden have again joined forces to offer this opportunity to companies seeking feedback from experts having in-depth understanding of the markets.
Nordic Booster Board is a digital platform where you, alongside 3-5 other Swedish companies, have the chance to pitch your solution to a panel of experts from Norway or Denmark. The panel will provide feedback on your solution relative to the market, and address your questions. Each panel consists of experts from the healthcare sector (municipality / hospital), cluster/network, and industry. So, in addition to valuable insights, you will also gain access to a robust network of potential further value.
As a participant, you are expected to:
- prepare and submit a presentation + 2-3 questions no later than 1 week before the Booster Board
- actively listen to the other companies that participate in the Booster Board
- give feedback to the other participating companies in a closed meeting directly after the Booster Board is completed.
Company profile:
- Target customer: municipality or county council/region, e.g. hospital, primary care, elderly care, home service. Not consumer products.
- Stage of development: products close to or on the market
- Company interests: routes for market access in the Nordics, concrete customer needs, routes for product validation with target customers, partnership with Nordic companies, innovation partnerships
- Field (keywords): digital health, Healthtech, welfare products, assistive devices, mHealth, home rehabilitation, connected devices, preventive health (no stand-alone Apps).
Note: there is a limited number of places on the booster board, and only 4-5 companies will be selected. All applicants will be contacted after the application deadline has passed.
The Nordic Booster Board is organized by Business Region Gothenburg, Sahlgrenska Science Park and Swecare, in collaboration with the Nordic cluster organizations Danish Life Science Cluster, Norwegian Smart Care Cluster and Norway Health Tech.
