Take the opportunity to join our fourth delegation trip to Rwanda as a follow up to previous delegations (2014, 2015, 2018). We are well prepared to further strengthen our relationship with the Rwandan healthcare sector and connect with important stakeholders.
The planning of the program for the delegation is in full swing. We have been designated a focal person at the Ministry of Health that will facilitate us with arranging the meetings. - Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC)
- Rwanda FDA
- Study visit to hospital
- University of Rwanda
We will also host a reception at the Swedish ambassador's residence.
The delegation will include official representatives from the Swedish Ministry of Health and Social Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The main purpose is to give Swedish companies access to key decision and policymakers at public regulatory entities and potential clients in the public and private healthcare sector.

The investment-friendly climate in Rwanda
Rwanda’s economy has undergone rapid industrialization due to a successful governmental policy. Since the early-2000s, Rwanda has witnessed an economic boom, which improved the living standards of many Rwandans. The Government’s progressive visions have been the catalyst for the fast transforming economy. Hence, Rwanda is one of the fastest growing economies in Africa and is the gateway to both the East African Community trade region and the Democratic Republic of the Congo with market opportunities to the west. Rwanda is a good place for piloting products and solutions for the African market.
