November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. There are many reasons why men might talk less about mental health, such as societal expectations of masculinity. Each November, Mental Health UK seek to tackle this issue and encourage men to talk.

Healthy Working Lives is an excellent resource to support employers of any size to create a mentally health workplace. The content is developed in collaboration with a wide range of partners across the public, private and third sectors, to support employers to access the resources needed to promote a mentally healthy workplace.
