Speaker:  Kimmo Kartano, Frontrunner Executive Search LLC

Kimmo Kartano has lived in the United States for about 30 years. He is the founder of Frontrunner Executive Search LLC, which has been operating in the United States for more than 10 years. Kimmo is also the U.S. partner of Glasford International, a global executive search with 150 consultants in 20 countries. Kimmo has conducted executive searches for technology clients and served many European companies from Finland, Sweden, Germany and other countries in medtech and other fields. He recruits for roles in general management and sales/commercial positions as well as for demanding product development and technical positions.

About the Health 321 program

Health3-2-1 is an EU Interreg-funded project led by Tehnopol Science and Business Park (EE), Business Turku (FI), and Swecare (SE). The project aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the life sciences sector as they expand into export markets in the UK (London) and the US (Massachusetts or the Washington Metropolitan Area).

Selected companies will receive a comprehensive support package valued at up to €20,000, including tailored mentoring, thematic seminars, and up to two business missions to the target markets.

A limited number of companies will be selected to participate and receive support in reaching active sales.
