PARTICIPATION FEE

Swecare member SME: 5 000 SEK for 2 participants and 2 500 SEK for additional participant. Max 4 participants per company
Swecare member LARGE: 10 000 SEK for 2 participant and 2 500 for additional participant. Max 4 participants per company.
Non-member: 10 000 SEK for 1 participant

INCLUDED IN PARTICIPANT FEE:
• Participation in the delegation programme
• One evening reception
• Possibility to invite potential customers/partners +/- 2 ppl to the reception
• Page in delegation brochure with company logotype and contact information
• Give input on stakeholders to meet with
• Local transport (excluding flights)

NOT INCLUDED IN PARTICIPANT FEE:
• Flights
• Accommodation (Swecare will recommend accommodation)

Swecare is partnering with Business Sweden for the delegation trip to the Netherlands.

Registration is binding after written confirmation from Business Sweden. The fee will be invoiced upon confirmation and is non-refundable. If not stated otherwise in the invitation, upon cancellation of participation the fee will be charged in full as from the date Business Sweden has received and confirmed the company’s binding registration.

Terms and Conditions

By registering, you accept Business Sweden’s General conditions for participation in trade and invest activities
Invoicing will be done in SEK and payment terms are 30 days after the date of invoicing. VAT will be added when applicable

I agree with the conditions for the delegation trip as stated in the Terms and Conditions above. I also give consent for publishing my company name, name and title on the delegation event page.
