Registration deadline: March 14, 2025 - but register as soon as possible to have a say in the program and suggest invitees for the meetings.

PARTICIPATION FEES

9,000 SEK Standard fee for Members, first participant
5,000 SEK Standard fee for Members, additional participants
5,000 SEK Reduced fee for small Swecare members and public actors
9,000 SEK Non-member delegation fee

* For Swecare member organizations and companies with annual revenue less than 10 MSEK and less than 20 employees, and for public actors.

INCLUDED IN THE DELEGATION FEE:
• Participation in the delegation program April 9-10, 2025 in Edinburgh, Scotland
• Meals within the program, Wednesday dinner and Thursday lunch
• Transport within Edinburgh
• Company presentation in the delegation brochure

NOT INCLUDED IN PARTICIPANT FEE:
• Flights to and from Edinburgh, airport transfer
• Accommodation
