Conditions when signing up:
After registration, you will receive an email with confirmation of your registration. Registration is binding.
After deadline you will receive a confirmation of the requested services.
Flight - Group ticket:
Commitment will be 100% of ticket price incl. taxes, fees and fuel surcharge.
Tickets will be issued 14 days before departure. Name changes before issuance is possible at kr. 500,00 per change.
Flight - Individual ticket:
If you request a flight reservation, we will send you a travel proposal for your approval. You will not commit to a flight reservation before you have approved price and conditions.
Flight tickets will be issued as electronic tickets and will be sent to you by mail.
Hotels:
After signing up commitment will be 100% for the reserved period.
Name change of participant is possible until 72 hours before arrival at kr 400,00 per change.
Room rates are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Insurances:
Cancellation insurance (flight only) Applies in the case of cancellation due to acute medically documented illness. The price of this protection is 6% of the ticket price. The insurance must be purchased upon sign-up.
Travel insurance : We recommend that you check you insurance coverage. Europæiske travelinsurance can be purchassed upon sign-up.
Visa Application:
It is mandatory to obtain visa before travel to Ghana. Please follow instructions through https://danishstatevisit.dk/ghana2017/
Transport during the stay:
There will be bus transportation according to the program. The cost of city transfers will be incl. in the delegation price. The cost of airport transfers will be distributed among the participants, according to consumption, and invoice will be sent after homecoming.
The responsibility of the organiser
BCD Travel does not own any airline companies, hotels or bus companies etc. All the products are offered by well-reputed suppliers, who offer their products at their own terms and the limitation of liability, which is dictated by e.g., but not limited to, airline companies, bus companies, hotels etc. The involved suppliers limit their liability according to the applicable international conventions for air transport, ship transport etc.
BCD Travel only accepts the responsibility in accordance with the directive for package tours. We do not take on the responsibility for conditions we do not have any direct control of, including, but not limited to, Force Majeure, unexpected act of war, unrest, strikes, sickness, unexpected nature and or pollution disasters and similar – or due to the traveler ‘s own neglect.
If a delegation visit is canceled, due to one or more of the above reasons , the participant is required to cover all expenditure in relation to the reserved . BCD Meetings & Events will at all times seek to ensure a cancellation agreement with the suppliers involved, but assumes no responsibility in terms of economic coverage.
Schengen Agreement
Denmark joined the Schengen agreement as of 25 March 2001. In spite of the fact that there is not passport control in a number of these Schengen countries, a valid passport MUST be carried to these countries, since only a valid Danish passport will be accepted as a valid identification at check-in with the airline companies, hotels and in case of police control in the country in question. When departing from Denmark to a none Schengen country, passport control takes place as usual.
