After registration, you will receive an email with confirmation of your registration. Registration is binding.
After deadline you receive a confirmation of the desired services and conditions.
Flight - Individual ticket:
Economy: The ticket will be issued no later than 24 hours after the proposal has been approved. Commitment is 100% of the ticket price. (Subject to individual rules)
Business: Subject to individual rules & conditions
Hotel:
After signing up commitment will be 100% for the reserved period.
Name change of participant is possible until 72 hours before arrival at kr 375,00 per change.
Room rates are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Check-in time: at 15:00 Check-out time:at 12:00
