INCLUDED IN THE DELEGATION FEE:
• Participation in the delegation programme in Berlin
• 3-day entry pass to DMEA
• Meals as specified in the program
• Seminar and networking event at the Nordic embassies'
• Possibility for a company presentation slot in the joint Swedish-Norwegian exhibition stand
• Company presentation in the delegation brochure
 
NOT INCLUDED IN PARTICIPANT FEE:
• Flights to and from Berlin
• Accommodation (the organizers will recommend accommodation)
• Meals not specified in the program
• Local transport

I agree with the conditions for the delegation trip as stated on the event page, and to pay the fee for the delegation trip. This includes for cancellation after the registration deadline. I also give consent for publishing my company name, name and title on the delegation event page and in the delegation brochure and for sharing with partner organizers and stakeholders in the program.
