As part of the Health3-2-1 project, we invite you to our first US market event, where we will cover the essentials of the US life science and healthcare market and with presentations from the states of Massachusetts, Virginia and Philadelphia (tbc).

Massachusetts is the global epicenter for the life sciences industry with some 1,200 companies. It is also home to some of the most prestigious hospitals globally.

15:40/16:40 Health and Life Science in Virginia
Virginia's life sciences ecosystem spans the entire value chain, including public and private R&D, laboratories that provide testing and other services. Virginia is also ranked in the Top 10 for healthcare quality. 

15:50/16:50 Health and Life Science in Pennsylvania
Philadelphia is undergoing an extraordinary development boom, driven by the city’s tech, educational and medical institutions, and a flourishing life science sector., and ranks among the best life science cities in the US.

Health3-2-1 is an EU Interreg-funded project led by Tehnopol Science and Business Park (EE), Business Turku (FI), and Swecare (SE). The project aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the life sciences sector as they expand into export markets in the UK (London) and the US (Massachusetts or the Washington Metropolitan Area).

Selected companies will receive a comprehensive support package valued at up to €20,000, including tailored mentoring, thematic seminars, and up to two business missions to the target markets.

A limited number of companies will be selected to participate and receive support in reaching active sales.
