Conditions when signing up:
After registration, you will receive an email with confirmation of your registration. Registration is binding.
After deadline you receive a confirmation of the desired services and conditions.
Flight - Group Ticket:
Economy: Commitment will be 100% of ticket price incl. tax.
Tickets will be issued 14 days before departure. Name changes before issuance is possible at kr. 500.00 per change.
Mentioned prices are subject to availability at the time of reservation and based on group of min. 10 persons.
Individual departure or return is possible at an additional cost. Subject to availability.
Flight - Individual ticket:
Tickets will be issued within 24 hours and commitment is 100% of the ticket price. Subject to special rules for change/cancellation.
Hotel:
After signing up commitment will be 100% for the reserved period.
Name change of participant is possible until 72 hours before arrival at kr 375,00 per change.
Room rates are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Check-in time: at 15:00
Early check-in can be arranged - subject to 1 extra night.
Transport during the stay:
There will be bus transportation according to the program. The cost of city transfers will be incl. in the delegation price. The cost of airport transfers will be distributed among the participants, according to consumption, and invoice will be sent after homecoming.
