About Mitel Customer Experience Days

More than 300 customers, partners and Mitel-experts will gather for 48 intensive hours at Radisson Blu Scandinavia in the heart of Gothenburg in the end of April. It will definately be an exciting event with a lot of networking and new contacts, strategy presentations, product news, best practise from our customers and lots of fun.

Event Schedule

We build our offerings around three sturdy foundations: Enterprise, Cloud and Mobility. Within these three strategic areas, we will discuss how you can take your investments to the next level.

We will also talk about your present investments in everything from the core communication server (MiVoice MX-ONE), via your contact center (MiContact Center Solidus), to all your different collaboration solutions (i.e. MiCollab, CMG and terminals)

In the course of these two days you will see and get hands-on demonstrations on all our new products & solutions. We will also talk about how these areas merge and how you in the best way can use your Mitel solutions today - and tomorrow. During these two intensive days, we all will share our experiences, knowledge and ideas.

Mitel Customer Experience Days (MCED16) is for:

  • Decision makers and operational managers (IT, operations, customer service and telephony managers)
  • Users of Mitel applications (attendants, receptionists, customer service agents and other user groups)
  • Technically knowledgeable and interested

The focus in the break-out sessions will be:

1. Case studies where a number of our customers present operational challenges, needs and requirements and how the solutions were realized.
2. Practical seminars where we show you how to, in an easy way, use and benefit from different Mitel solutions.
3. Product news - the latest of the greatest.
4. Seminars with a consultative approach in which we talk about the pros and cons of things to consider and challenges for your organization.

Facts, terms and conditions

  • Conference Date: April 27 to 28
  • When: Registration opens Wednesday April 27 at 09.00 and Mitel Customer Experience Days (MCED16) will be inaugurated at 10.00. We end MCED16 on April 28 at 15:20.
  • Venue: Radisson Blu Scandinavia, Södra Hamngatan 59, Gothenburg
  • Conference fee: 4 000 SEK excluding VAT. The fee includes two days conferencing, documentation, activities, lunches and dinner with entertainment.
  • Accommodation: Accommodation is booked in connection with the registration, but is not included in the conference fee.
  • Registration deadline: March 31th (the registration is binding)
  • Dress code: During the seminars and the activity, we recommend casual and for the dinner on April 27th business casual
Your conference fee and any accommodation will be invoiced to you by Mitel's partner Blick Möteskonsult AB. All costs are excluding VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Mitel reserves the right to charge additional fees for late payment or changes to invoice. If unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a colleague.
